I felt like I missed out on so many fun trends during my pregnancy. (Nothing stinks more than standing on the sidelines watching everyone else play and have a great time!) So when I saw these pants (brand new, from Express!) I knew I had to try the bright pants look…prebaby body or not.
These blue pants are a bit bright for my taste, but I was feeling a little risky. I will be giving this another try…next pair of colored pants for my “wanted” list is a red pair in a skinny fit.

I have only tried red pants. I’ve had them for a few years and love them.
Note: I’m wearing a red pair in a skinny fit today, and they are THE BEST JEANS EVER. Check ‘em out–they’re especially good postpartum, which is when I bought my first pair.
Adore your bright turquoise flares–they’ll look adorable with a cozy grey cardigan in the fall, too.

Very cute! I am wary of super bright pieces too. When I “tried” the colored pants trend, I went with a mauve pair of skinny jeans, lol.
Too funny! I did get a strange look from my neighbor when I stepped outside.

I’m obsessed with this color combo! Gorgeous pants. I’m partial to the blues and reds, but I just love the colorful trouser trends.
I saw these over on EBEW and had to see what they are all about, how fantastic a color! I’m glad you took the risk and bought them, the cut is so flattering on you.
On you they look fab. I was reading InStyle magazine and they are showing bright colored pants. This may be one fall trend that I don’t participate in. But…my scarves may be bright!

Such a great look! I will have to keep my eyes out for bright pants. I brought some green pants that I thought was bold for me but compared to these they were a bore. But my bigger question is the shoes, where did you get them???

The black top tones down the brightness of the pants and the purple scarf is a wonderful third color.
